In this short film, Gareth Helm introduces the Marketing Leaders CODE Assessment, a practical tool designed to help CMOs, marketing directors and aspiring marketing leaders understand their leadership strengths, capability gaps and best-fit roles.

Based on Gareth’s award-winning book, The Marketing Leaders CODE, the assessment measures marketing leaders across four profiles — Connector, Operator, Disruptor and Explorer — and six leadership factors including ambition, network, capability, headspace, output and results. The full assessment includes 60 questions and can also gather stakeholder feedback, helping users identify blind spots, compare self-perception with external views, and understand where they are strongest.
